Location.
The Skin Reform is located in downtown Hudson, WI at 511 2nd Street, Suite 209 (between Walnut Street and Locust Street). Enter through the front or back entrance and take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor. Up to 4 hours of free parking is available in the beach lot. Paid parking is available via the street or multiple city lots. You may pay for parking upon arrival at designated pay stations or via the Passport Parking app. Please plan ahead to allow for parking time. Hudson Parking Map
Upon Arrival.
Upon arrival to The Skin Reform please have a seat on the designated seating directly outside of the studio. Kelly is most likely with a client and will be out to welcome you shortly.
New Client Intake Forms.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment. In the designated seating area directly outside of the studio, you will find your new client intake forms. Please complete these prior to receiving your treatment.
*Appointments must be canceled with at least a 24-hour notice or will be subject to the full fee of the scheduled treatment. This includes cancellations made via online booking with less than a 24-hour notice, as well as no-shows. All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card.
*Online booking is highly encouraged. Because The Skin Reform is a one-person studio, typically during business hours Kelly is transforming skin and brows. Please expect a response within 48 hours for scheduling inquiries and within 72 hours for general inquiries.
