POLICIES.
Cancellation Policy.
Appointments must be canceled with at least a 24-hour notice or will be subject to a fee of 85% of the cost of the scheduled treatment. This includes cancellations made via online booking with less than a 24-hour notice, as well as no-shows. All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card.
Lateness Policy.
Please contact The Skin Reform if you are going to be more than five minutes late for your appointment. Accommodations will try to be made as we understand that things happen, however, in some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled if the length of the scheduled service will be drastically compromised.
Return Policy.
As a small business, The Skin Reform is unable to take returns. The exception to this would be for damaged or defective products. If you find your product damaged or defective please contact the studio as soon as possible so that you can get a replacement.
Under 18 Policy.
If you are under the age of 18, parent or guardian permission is required to receive services. If you are under the age of 18 and your parent or guardian will be accompanying you to your appointment they may sign the consent forms upon arrival. If you are under the age of 18 and will be attending your appointment alone please bring a written note stating parent or guardian consent with a signature.
Response time.
You are very important! Because The Skin Reform is a one-person studio, Kelly will do her absolute best to respond to any calls, texts, and emails as soon as she can. Generally, during business hours she is transforming skin. Don’t worry, you will hear from her and can expect a response within 48 hours for scheduling inquiries, and within 72 hours for general inquiries. Online booking is highly encouraged for scheduling.
