*Appointments must be canceled with at least a 24-hour notice or will be subject to a fee of 85% of the cost of the scheduled treatment. This includes cancellations made via online booking with less than a 24-hour notice, as well as no-shows. All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card.
*The Skin Reform is a one-person studio which means that during business hours Kelly is typically transforming skin. Please expect a response within 48 hours for scheduling inquiries and within 72 hours for general inquiries.
